One to watch (or two)

How cool is this new Xbox commercial? Maybe it's because I really like the original Tears For Fears version of the song Mad World. But placing this nice and quiet song together with an action game just ends up being pretty weird and actually kinda cool!

I'm a big fan of merging well know music and sounds with commercials, the target group you will hit is just so much more precise, and the atmosphere you create for the individual viewer is fantastic! Danske Bank in Denmark runs a commercial at the moment with the Hip Hop song from NAS called I Am. It's a mystery for me why they don't take advantage of communities like Youtube etc.? It's totally free and if it doesn't work then just remove the commercials again, how hard can it possibly be?

Remember Sony’s commercial with the colorful balls bouncing down the street? What became almost as famous as the commercial it self was a private person filming the creation of the commercial on the spot.

I believe Dove tried to create the same thing in this commercial, and if you ask me, I think they did it very well!
